One of the hardest things was Addie's move and getting cleared to play high school sports.
She was able to practice with the team but not play.
It's hard going through rough parts in life and sometimes we don't understand why we have that trial or why we have to go through hard things. But finally our prayers were answered.
She got cleared to play on a perfect day.
Her team had a game and she got to play
She had the best game of her life... so far!
It's neat to know that she is wanted and needed in Kingman.
It's nice to know that a coach actually recognizes and rewards good players.
Instead of how close you are to the coach, or what part of town you live in, or if they like your family or not.
This coach has truly been a blessing to our family! He is an awesome guy!
So this whole post is about an awesome article about my little sister that was in the local news paper in Kingman. Here it is!

KINGMAN - Addie Christensen's transfer to Kingman High from Richfield, Utah, looks to bode well for the Lady Bulldogs basketball team. Christensen recorded a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds in her first game for KHS in a 71-60 non-region win over Bullhead City Mohave Tuesday at KHS.
"I want to bring good energy and good defense to the team," she said. "It feels good." The Richfield Lady Wildcats went undefeated last year and won the Utah 2A state championship with a 24-0 record.
"Addie's great," senior Dominique Hale said. "She shows a lot of confidence on the court." Hale scored 9 points and pulled down 13 rebounds in the game.
Ohhhoooo! I am so proud of you Addie! You are such an amazing athlete!
